This Ramadan, Islamic Help is holding special iftar events in the following venues:

• London Iftar, Friday 3rd July 2015 at 7 pm at Impressions Events Venue, Milner Road, London, E15 3AD
• Birmingham Iftar, Saturday 4th July 2015 at 7 pm at Royal Banqueting Suite, 271 Birchfield Road, Birmingham, B20 3DD
• Luton Iftar, Sunday 5th July 2015 at 7 pm at Venue Central, 15-17 Chapel Street, Luton, LU1 2SE

We will be joined by Sheikh Esa Henderson as our speaker and nasheeds will be recited by Common Souls. Tickets are just £10 per person, and £5 for children under the age of 10.

The aim of the iftars is to raise funds for Islamic Help’s projects in Africa. Your contribution could go a long way in helping those in need this Ramadan.

• The Children’s Eco Village in Tanzania is set within 30 acres of lush surroundings, just outside the capital, Dar es Salam. The whole concept of the Village is its emphasis on sustainability and reliance on green energy. The Eco Village, upon completion, will feature 16 homes, a playground, a sports ground, a community centre, a library and much more besides. The Village will support and be home to 160 orphans and vulnerable children. The focus will be on providing a secure base for their physical, psychological and emotional growth, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills they need for a productive future and supporting them into becoming socially integrated adults.
  
  
• Orphans and refugees who are in need and struggling against poverty. Your donation could provide them with the essentials they need such as food, water, shelter, healthcare and education.
  
  
• Ramadan Food packs for those who are fasting and do not have the privilege of an iftar to open their fast with. Islamic Help strives to help those in need of emergency relief this Ramadan, with your help.
