A message from Toyris: Assalamu Alaikum. As you are aware the deathtoll in Turkey is rising and thousands of survivors are in need of our immediate support. Islamic Help's team in Turkey are on the ground right now, assisting with the search and rescue efforts as well as distributing hot food, they will begin distributing other essential items such as tents, mattresses, blankets and clothing over the coming days. The temperature in the affected areas is below freezing, with snow and ice covering the roads, with your support we will be able to provide survivors with the assistance they need inshaAllah.
Tonight we are doing an Emergency Appeal, to provide families in Turkey with emergency supplies such as cooked food, shelter, clothing, medical aid and cash grants.
